一時帰国

アメリカ出張もパリ滞在もキャンセルになり、日本への一時帰国の日取りを早めることにした。今後、ヨーロッパからの飛行機が日本に入国禁止になるのかもしれないので。オランダの味を持ち帰るべく、市場でたくさんチーズを購入したら、売り場のお姉さんに、どこに持っていくのかと聞かれる。日本だよというと、戻って来られる？と心配された。確かに、韓国、中国、イタリア、トルコからの飛行機がオランダへの渡航を禁じられたばかり。日本かオランダかと言われたら、マスクをするのが嫌なので断然オランダにいたいのだけれど。。
Decided to fly to Tokyo a couple of days earlier than I arranged as I had to cancel my business trip to Boston and stay in Paris… well, we never know when the Japan government will ban flights from European countries…
Bought bunch of Dutch cheese at market and was asked by a young lady who sold them to me where I would bring them to. She looked worried if I might not be able to be back in the Netherlands as the Dutch government might bum flights from Japan soon… Anything could happen and nothing is for sure. Sigh…
